Camp Creek Commerce Center (C4) is a 65 acre site located on North Commerce Drive in Metro Atlanta. Strategically located in South Fulton County, C4 is situated less than a mile from the Washington Road exit on I-285, 4 miles west of Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. The project is designed to meet the needs of e-commerce users with campus-quality infrastructure, Class A design and state-of- the-art technology.

The first phase of the project consists of a 220,127 sf front-load building.

The project is a joint venture with Crow Holdings Capital.
